Project Pilatus Export Indonesia

For a Belgian client, we managed the complete preparation of a Pilatus aircraft for sea freight transport to Indonesia. The aircraft was carefully dismantled, with the propeller and wings professionally removed and securely packed to ensure safe international transportation.

Based on the dimensions of each component, we developed a detailed loading plan, allowing the entire shipment to be efficiently and safely stowed into a 40' container. In addition to the technical preparation, we coordinated the full logistics process, overseeing every stage from shipment and export formalities to final delivery at the destination.

Project Tank Shipment India

From Belgium, we managed the complete logistics handling of a tank shipment to India, including suitable packaging, transport coordination, and customs formalities. 

Through close monitoring and direct communication with the customer, we ensured a smooth, transparent, and efficient process from start to finish.

Project Office Furniture Export USA

When a Dutch customer opened a new branch in the United States, WiMove Logistics provided a complete export solution for the relocation of their office equipment and furnishings. The cargo was professionally packed in 9 tailor-made export crates, filling a complete 40' container.

Beyond the export packaging itself, we coordinated the entire logistics operation, including load planning, freight forwarding communication, and shipment tracking. Our end-to-end management ensured a smooth, secure, and timely delivery to its final destination in the USA.

Project Export Packing Canada

For a Belgian customer, we provided the professional export packaging of a 1.5-ton machine destined for shipment to Canada. During the packaging design phase, we carefully considered the conditions at the final destination, where no forklift would be available for unloading.

To ensure safe and efficient handling upon arrival, we designed and integrated a heavy-duty loading ramp into the packaging solution. This allowed the machine to be removed from the pallet in a controlled and straightforward manner, without the need for additional lifting equipment.

Thanks to this tailor-made packaging solution, the machine was not only optimally protected throughout transportation but could also be commissioned quickly and efficiently at its final destination.
